View and share Rich Audio Notes (.ran) files without Audio Notetaker! The availability of our free viewer means you can now easily share Audio Notetaker files with other people. This enables:
- One person to record and take notes on a lecture or seminar and share the audio notes with everyone else
- Audio Notetaker can be used by lecturers/teachers to distribute Audio-Visual material
- Where appropriate, Audio Notetaker files can be submitted as coursework or evidence of ability
- Audio Notetaker files can be used as an alternative format for podcasting, so all recievers of the podcast can benefit from Audio Notetakers easy navigation and flexible interface.

The viewer allows you to view, but not edit, Audio Notetaker files. Click on the link below to download the viewer installer, then double-click on the downloaded file to start the installation.

| Audio Notetaker requires Microsofts .NET 2.0 runtime. You probably have it installed already, but if you don’t, the installer will offer to download it for you. If you have problems downloading .NET 2.0 during installation, you will need the full installer of the viewer (over 30MB) which incorporates .NET 2.0 in the install package. |
